I also delivered a lecture for two hours.
After lecture, we visit Botanical Garden
and find Bintang beer!!

Pipiltin visit

After lunch, we visited Pipiltin cocoa.
Kitani-san will join two-day internship at Pipiltin.
Before visiting, we went to Kitani-san's accommodation.

Pipiltin cocoa is located near Nagomi Suites.

In the 1st floor, I found grinders and other instruments
for chocolate making.

 1st dish was "SHOT"


Hot chocolate!! Amazing experience(inside hot outside cold)!!

2nd dish was "Mountain"

Awesome texture of coffee sphere bomb.

3rd dish was "Freeze"
Excellent harmony with cheddar and cold mousse!!
Crispy cheese tuile was also good.


4th dish was "DIG"
I was very surprised for this entertainment.
I dig chocolate soil!!

And we enjoyed tea.
In addition,
everyone celebrate my birthday!

Life in Jakarta

ジャカルタの一日は濃密でした。疲れもあったが
楽しかった。まずは、空港からSastiaさんの実家へ。
えらい豪邸でびっくりした。


Sastiaさんのお母さんが朝ごはんを準備してくれました。
ナシゴレンと鶏粥。

外では元気に鶏が鳴いてました。

その後、疲れを癒しにということでSpaへ。
何気に初めて。



日本だったら考えられない金額で２時間堪能しました。
この時点で相当眠い。
少し遅めの昼食ということで、このSpaのそばにある
アヤムゴレン（フライドチキンのこと）の店へ。
キキさん含めて４人で堪能しました。
 
そして、この後本日のメインイベントである

Fly to Jakarta

8月31日の夜便でジャカルタへ。
メンバーはB4木谷＆サスティアさん。
行ってきます。

インドネシアは近いので楽や。２、3日滞在して
セミナーした後はイタリアです。
